to take place from December 8th to 10th , 2021 in St. Petersburg, Russia at the Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia, the St. Petersburg State Conservatoire named after N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov, and Baku Musical Academy named after U. Hajibayli (Azerbaijan, Baku)
20th International Research and Practical Conference Contemporary Musical Education – 2021: Culture, Research and Technology (CME – 2021) scheduled on December 8 – 10, 2021, St. Petersburg (Russia) is for the scientists, scholars, professionals and students from the Universities all
around the world to present ongoing research activities, and hence to foster research relations between Universities, Musical Academies, Conservatoires and musical schools, art schools, colleges, etc. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. This Conference is being organized jointly by the Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia, the St. Petersburg State Conservatoire named after N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov, and Baku Musical Academy named after U. Hajibayli.

The beginning of the Conference is on the 8th of December 2021 at 11 a.m. in St. Petersburg, at the Blue Hall of the Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia at 48, Moika Embankment (Naberezhnaya Reki Moiki), building 4.
The sessions of the Conference will be held at the Herzen Russian State Pedagogical University at 48. Moika Embankment, building 1, Room 237, Room 239, St. Petersburg State Conservatoire named after N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov, and Baku Musical Academy named after U. Hajibayli.

The Organizing Committee will publish the Conference Proceedings. In order to be included in the collection, all paper should be mailed in no later then the 15st of November 2021.
Top selected papers will be published in the journals of the leading research platform (Scopus/ Web of Science) Requirements for the submitted
- The articles length should not exceed 4 typed pages, line spacing 1.5, font size 14, margins 2 sm. Highlighting must be done by italics only. An amount of 70 rubles will be charged for each additional page.
- The following information must be supplied in the text of each submitted article or report:
- The last name and initials of the author – in the 1st paragraph;
- The title of the article or report presentation –in the second paragraph.
- No tables or drawings are allowed in the text of the report. No hyphenation is allowed either.

The registration of those wishing to take part in the Conference will take place in the Blue Hall lobby at 48, Moika Embankmentr (Naberezhnaya Reki Moiki, 48), building 4, beginning at 10 a.m.
The Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia is located at 48, Moika Embankment (Naberezhnaya Reki Moiki), not far from the Nevsky Prospect Metro station. The St. Petersburg State Conservatoire named after N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov is located at 3, Theatre (Teatralnaya) Square, not far from the Sennaya Square, Admiralteyskaya and Sadovaya Metro stations.

Room and Board
All participants are expected to arrange and pay for their own room and board. Optionally, the Organizing Committee may reserve rooms for them at hotels or the University’s dormitory.
If necessary, participants are provided with technical equipment, such as multimedia projector, musical
instruments, including electronics instruments, etc.
